DZ Wagyu is owned and operated by Doug and Patty Zwiefelhofer in Bloomer, Wisconsin. We began the Wagyu venture in 2017 and have built up a herd of 100% Fullblood Wagyu genetics. The current herd consists of approximately 40 cow/calf pairs and multiple steers that are finished throughout the year. Our beef can be purchased as whole, half, quarter, eighth, sixteenth, individual cuts, or sampler bundles.
